Because King of Kings is continually adding new benefits for our members, it's important that you know about all the benefits available to you. This package will serve to inform you of all the benefits you're currently entitled to. Each year as more benefits become available, you'll receive a new benefits package.

Benefit #1: Every Other Cleaning Free On Qualifying Packages. 

This is a huge benefit that's recently been made available to clients who normally clean once a year.

After being in business since 1995 and listening to your concerns and comments, I've learned some important things. I've learned that you're very proud of your home and want to keep it looking beautiful all the time, with minimal effort on your part. You want a healthy indoor environment. You want the very best in customer service and attention to detail. And you don't want to worry about your carpet.

By taking your needs, wants and concerns into consideration, I've created a fantastic program that will offer the absolute best in client service and home maintenance. This program gives you a complete FREE cleaning service every year!

Here is all that's required of you to participate:

1. You need to clean at least 500 square feet of carpeting

2. You only have to pay for carpet protection at your 6-month cleaning (.23 cents per sq. ft.).

That's it, there's nothing more to it. No teeny tiny print, no other requirements and no lengthy contract to sign. Now you're probably asking yourself, "How can Jonathan possibly afford to offer a program like this?" I'll tell you...

I'll let you in on a little secret: just like when you wait twice as long to mop your floors, it's much harder to get them sparkling clean again. It takes three times as long, and a lot more elbow grease too! You might even need to get down on your hands and knees to scrub those stubborn spots, spills and stains...Well, your carpet is no different! It's much easier to for me to get it clean and keep it that way for you, by giving you a FREE cleaning in six months.

Benefit #2:  Stairs Cleaned FREE with Your Regularly Scheduled Maintenance

If you own warranted carpet that requires yearly cleaning, you'll find this benefit especially valuable.

This new benefit has just been added specifically for clients who clean once a year. You're now entitled to receive 13 stairs FREE ($38.87 value) each year. This added benefit will be available to you in addition to any current specials being advertised in the monthly newsletter. To claim this benefit, simply have us perform services during your anniversary month each year.

As you know, the carpet manufacturers require yearly cleaning in order to keep the warranty in effect. In addition, the EPA also recommends cleaning at least once a year in order to maintain a healthy indoor living environment.

Benefit #3: Carpet Warranty And Claim Assistance

This benefit was just added recently and will be extremely valuable to those of you who own warranted carpet. As you know, the carpet manufacturer requires that you keep all receipts for proof of regularly scheduled yearly maintenance. If you ever have to file a warranty claim, you'll be required to provide these documents to the manufacturer.

In the past, some of our clients were unable to find all of their documentation, and therefore couldn't complete their warranty claim. This will no longer have to be a concern for you.

King of Kings keeps a detailed client file for you.  We have all of your information on record in the office. If for any reason you need assistance with a warranty claim, we'll be able to help you get all of your documents in order. Benefit #4: Free Reminder Service

At King of Kings, we realize that you're busy, being pulled in twenty-three different directions at one time.  You don't have time to think about dinner, let alone your carpet. In an effort to make your life easier, we'll send you a reminder at one year when you're due for your regularly scheduled maintenance. As mentioned in benefit #2, your annual reminder will include a bonus offer of 100 square feet cleaned free.

If you're Platinum Member, we'll also send you a reminder when it's time for your free six month cleaning service. As mentioned in Benefit #1, Platinum Members are only required to pay for carpet protection at the six-month cleaning.

**New Service:  E-Alerts**  receive newsletter, hot tips, "fire sale" notices via e-mail.  Custom select which one are right for you.

Benefit #5: Referral Rewards (Double In January & February)

King of Kings has been offering referral rebates for several years now, but this is a new way that we think you'll like even better! We want to move away from relying on expensive outside advertising and rely instead on the referrals of our happy clients.

Each time you send us a referral, we give you $10 "CarpetBucks" (my own private currency) for every $100 in service of your referral's first cleaning. If the client you refer has us provide $300.00 worth of cleaning services, which is our job average, we give you $30 CarpetBucks. The great thing about these CarpetBucks is that they're good for services, or cash. Whichever you prefer. You can use them towards your next cleaning, or you can exchange them for cash. You could even give them to a friend or family member as a gift. There's no limit to the amount of certificates you can earn. The more referrals you send us, the more money we give you.

Every edition of "Healthy Home" is filled with valuable information that you can use, coupon offers, contests, prize giveaways, and other special events we're sponsoring. This publication allows us to stay in touch with you and keep you apprised of information that is of importance to you.

Benefit #8: Free Spot Removal Help And Access To Complete Spotting Guide

We know how frustrating it can be for you when those little accidents happen and leave an unsightly spot in the carpet. The most important thing to remember is not to panic. Use our specialty spotter according to the directions on the label. If you're unsuccessful in removing the stain, you then have two options.

Option #1: Access the stain removal guide online. This guide covers everything you could possibly spill on your carpet and will walk you through the process.

This is a benefit that was just added last year and it's one that everyone has been having a lot of fun with. Rather than spending tons of money on advertising like most companies do, King of Kings is switching to a by-referral company, and we'll spend the money on our clients instead.

We now have prize drawings and giveaways every month. We offer things like movie tickets, dinner at local restaurants such as Jay Alexander's, and plan to add even better prizes.
